The Sweet’s Window Tint Process
1. Prepping the Windows
Remove dirt and debris and prep the window with a cleaning solution, sponge and squeegee.
2. Measure & Cutting
Measure your car’s windows and cut the pieces of the film and ensure that the edges are aligned with the window
3. Shrink The Film
Using a heat gun to heat-shrink the film. This step contours to make it curves to the glass. Then start to installing it
4. Installation
Spray soapy water onto the window, then put the film on. The solution will activate an adhesive for it to stick and then squeegee.
5. Final Inspection
Lastly, we will examine the window and use scrapers to fix any bubbles and blemishes and cleaning interior plastics if needed.
6. Dry Time
The window tint will take 3-5 days for the adhesive to cure. Hazy and tiny water bubbles will go away once they cure.

How dark can I go on tint?
We have to follow the DMV guidelines, so 30% tint has to be done on the driver and passenger, and you can do as dark as you would like in the back side of the vehicle.
We can install ceramic tints in the front to block the UV rays in the vehicle and have a cooler interior.
Do you offer ceramic tint?
Yes! Most of the tint we install is ceramic tint. That is due to the Texas heat being in the high temperatures, it makes your vehicle really hot.
With the ceramic tint, we are able to block more than 60% of the heat coming into your vehicle.
How long do I need to allow drying time?
Usually, when we are installing window tint, we will need about 3-7 days to allow the tint to dry completely that way we can ensure that it is sticking to the window.
Bubbles should go away within 1-2 days but avoid rolling down the windows!
Do you offer this mobile?
No, as this service does not take too long to install, working in a clean environment like our shop will ensure that there is no dust or debris getting stuck on the film when installing. Making it a clean installment and giving a clear view.
Will this have bubbles in the future?
When using a high quality tint, right method when installing and proper care will not bubble in the future. Tint will stay on the window and create a clear view for a very long time.
